Excellent from beginning to the end! Had 12 night holiday in Thailand Phuket - Phi Phi island - Krabi and Bangkok. Travel Garden made sure there was nothing to worry about while we were on holidays, the transfers between places were well organised and when there was some question while on holidays the response was within minutes with Travel Garden. Couldn’t be more delighted with service! Will book thru this agency again.

I booked my 1st solo trip to Thailand last Summer with Natasha Walton! She has been excellent ever since!Natasha is so helpful! I had an idea of what I wanted from the trip but I wasn’t 100% sure. She planned everything for me, even organising an ethical elephant sanctuary! All flights, internal private transfers and accommodation has been planned perfectly!Just a few days ago Natasha booked my dream Vietnam & Cambodia trip! We had seen a deal but wanted to change one of the hotels and as we’re celebrating our engagement wanted something abit special. Nancy Aiden has been incredible in helping tailor my trip to Thailand, making sure everything is perfect for my 40th Birthday plans. Any alterations I have asked for she sorted with zero fuss. Nancy also provided me with lots of reassurance as booking such a big adventure for myself and my family was quite nerve wracking, needing all the details to be perfect. We travel in April 2025.

I have just returned from the trip of a lifetime to the Masai Mara on safari and then on to Zanzibar for a 10 day luxury relax, all booked by Travel Garden. I cannot express my thanks enough at what was the most amazing experience. Travel Garden were absolutely amazing from start to finish, from the initial booking and changing the package to suit my requirements, assisting with necessary visas and vaccinations, then helping with delayed fights and the knock on effect of this to then checking in for all internal flights and transfers. Pretty much helped with anything I asked. I have never experienced such a service from a travel company and really cannot recommend them highly enough. Just returned from an amazing Safari holiday to Kenya all arranged by Barry and Natasha. The safari was superb - staying in lodges and hotels in Kenya. Then next stop 6 nights in Mauritius - again hotel, food and location superb. We stayed at The Ambre resort . Barry and Natasha were on hand every step of the way if needed enduring thst our trip ran smoothly and everything to our satisfaction . Didn't book a holiday in the end but I will comment that Natasha was extremely helpful and her responses were so fast and always crystal clear. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Just coming to the end of an amazing experience. Safari was breathtaking we saw everything apart from Leopards , truly unforgettable. Then onto Mauritius, veranda palmer resort. This hotel didn’t disappoint, I choose it as it’s a small hotel that gives a more personal touch. We’ve had a fabulous 7 nights . Barry from travel garden has been in contact throughout .
