We have just returned from an amazing Thailand & Hong Kong trip organised by Emma & Ryan. Very easy booking and trouble free holiday, transfers were organised by Travel Garden and apart from Bangkok to Krabi all transfers were via private car at no extra cost. Special thanks to Isabelle and Ryan Anderson who organised our ( first time) holiday to Thailand and for regularly contacting us via WhatsApp to make sure we were happy and asking if we needed anything, this really added a personal touch and value added sense of security

We booked with Natasha for our 1 month holiday to Vietnam and Thailand. From the offset, she was a absolute star and very patient with the changes we did prior to finalising the trip about a year before. Everything from the first phone call to the final WhatsApp communication was no problem to her. Her colleague Ryan was a star when it came to the boarding passes and the airport transfers. Huge thank you to Emma Louise and Ryan Anderson for tailoring a fantastic 3 week trip to Bali. This is the second trip I have taken with Travel Garden and they didn't disappoint. Emma spent a huge amount of time designing the trip to my requirements and the results were amazing. All transfers, which included vehicle, horse and carriage and ferries, were all smooth and on time with direct contact from all operators before collections. I cannot recommend this company enough, they go above and beyond to ensure your holiday is exactly what you want with total professionalism. Travel garden where do I start… Myself and my sister chose travel garden to help organise our trip to Thailand, one of our dream destinations and let me tell you they didn’t disappoint. I was skeptical at first because at this day and age, scammers are everywhere especially since travel agents are very popular on social media and often take your money with no flights and holidays even booked. However Travel Garden, were amazing from the get go, I would like to personally thank Ryan Anderson and Natasha Walton for the incredible communication and support we received for the past 9 months leading up to the trip and the communication we also received during our trip despite the 6 hour time difference. My sister has a medical condition and this was very respected even down to our seats on the plane being thought out and being the near the toilet which unfortunately is something we have to be in close distance of regarding my sisters medical condition. I myself have anxiety and sometimes panic regarding the organisation leading up a trip e.g checking in, boarding passes, transfers, packing and organising, Ryan Anderson and Natasha Walton were respectful of this and helped me organise what i needed to pack and gave me all the information in advance I would need for transfers etc. Our trip consisted of three destinations in Thailand, Phuket, Phi Phi and Khao Lak, every hotel had transfers to and from which were also on time and very lovely people. Every hotel we stayed at was clean, in a great location and provided everything we needed. I am so happy with the service I have received from Travel Garden another trip is in the works as I can’t imagine booking with anyone else now I have found them! I have not only appreciated the continued support from Ryan Anderson and Natasha Walton, a friendship and level of respect has also been built between the team. I cannot put into words the appreciation I have for Travel Garden, THANK YOU!!!

We booked our holiday for 4 people a year ago to spend a month travelling to Vietnam and Thailand Natasha Walton took our idea and gave us 7 different locations to visit arranged hotels and the flights both internationally and local and transfers… Came to Vietnam /thailand wow lovely hotels transfers great drivers contact you on WhatsApp the day before, Ryan Anderson handled the airports flights and sorted the boarding passes for us whilst away so taking that stress away from us…Natasha has worked hard even when I’ve contacted her at all hours to sort anything out bless her when I’ve panicked for no reason she has been there on WhatsApp (going to miss her when we get back!!…) Our holiday is coming to an end but would again like to thank Natasha and Ryan for making our holiday great would highly recommend this company

Decided to book a trip for my birthday in 2026 and the first place I came to, to help sort it, was Travel Garden. I’ve already been on a package holiday that was booked with them and was so impressed that when we came back we booked our next one. However, I wanted to book a city break for my birthday next year and the first thing I said to my siblings was, we need to use Travel Garden. Again, they did not disappoint. Barry and Sean… the amount of changes we made, to tailor it to our specifications (travelling from different parts of the UK), would have tried the patience of a saint but you took it in your stride and sorted it for us. Despite a couple of issues at the beginning, once Natasha Walton took over, she was amazing. She answered every email promptly and quickly sorted out all of my concerns. I will definitely use Travel Garden again, and especially Natasha — highly recommended!

Just want to say how Amazing Travel Garden was for planning both our holidays we've had this year. Thailand in April was Fab!! Tripped to 4 different areas all the hotels which Natasha had given us was perfect 👌 Every flight/Transfer all ran smoothly. Always replied back to pms if i had queries. Very good service 👏 Just got back from our trip to Kenya where we did a Safari then onto Mombasa for a beach Holiday, once again cant thank them enough for sorting my dream holiday out from Flights/Lodges/hotel/safari & transfers 👍 what a memorable holiday we have had everything was perfect, And big thanks to the team for arranging a trip for us to go to The Giraffe Centre then onto Carnivore restaurant for a meal was a lovely afternoon/evening out, was much appreciated. I was nervous to fly with family and book a long haul family trip and really glad I did and booked it with Travel Garden. The whole trip went smooth and I booked 4 destinations in two weeks. I cannot recommend travel garden enough from first booking our holiday to having to cancel due to a Medical emergency Nancy the travel consultant has been absolutely amazing unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday due to my husband having a medical emergency and from the First initial contact to 4 hours later all our money was back in our account. They was so understanding took away any pressure that we did not need at this time to know that this lady who I have not had the pleasure of meeting seems more of a friend than a stranger Once my husband is fully recovered. We will definitely be using travel garden again. The pricing the service the support from booking our holiday to unfortunately cancelling just goes to show how understanding Travel Garden really are.
